It will be a great content if alliances can be wardec even without a player structures.

I’m guessing it is just a forum alt of some kind of weird person who has a very specific opinion on vampires

That’s how it goes, same as how easy it was to forget to remember the mining permit requirements.

That is actually fun interesting to think about. I mean techniclly nothing of EVE “real” in the physical sense not the shipsthe ISK the corporations or idea of soveregnty But inside sandbox that thing become real right right cause they have consequences they shape how people play they remembered as history Mining permits fall in that categori sure they aren’t official mechanicbut the fact people buy it, sell itenforce or refuse to reconize them mean they exist in practice. They are of like rent in nullsec or agreements between groups it’s not written into the code but it just as real because it affects the way people act like some see it like tradition some a scam some a joke but in all cases they still generate reaction annd consequences. And the game of consequences make something “real.” If ignore the mining permit you blow up then that is as real as anything else in the game so I guess it makes think to what reality means in virtual world If enough people believe in something and enforce it doesn’t that make it real at least in the shared space of New Eden? reality sort of what we all agree to treat as real, whether we like it or not.
