One question about suicide ganking (not yet another thread)

I’m seeing an increasing number of ganking gangs ganking themselves, either in rookie ships (more common) or regular destroyers (less common). There is no second party involved (a target).

What is the purpose of this?

CONCORD deviation.

It’s a variant of pre-pulling.

I’m just not feeling it, so I had to shoot Spencer yesterday.

Being able to stage and pull Concord in multiple systems while you have a global aggression timer is paramount to setting up multiple gank systems to peruse for targets. Simply docking in any station, boarding the free corvette and undocking achieves this for that system.

Everyone should gank. It keeps me in business. :+1:

The issue isnt the ganks, its allowing a single player to run 10+ accounts. CCP allowing a single player to run more than 3 accounts is why this game eco is falling apart and pvp has become a joke. Imagine if only 3 accounts could run simultaneously per IP. I 100% guarantee half of the game play issues would be resolved. Sadly the only thing propping this game up from total collapse are the whales with 30 accounts.

Someone mad they cant multibox? The actual average player only has a couple accounts. I got 3 currently, but only use 2 of them for special occasions.

Cool Story, Bro

Mining Tech 2 drone’s reprocessing is also A form of Ganking

And why is that a problem really? How is it different than if they gathered a group of friends (like a corp worth of players or something) and beat you that way?

A group of 10 can be full of knuckleheads.

If you want to do it right, do it yourself.

Is something you just made up. I don’t think even Kusion has 30 accounts. The vast majority of players don’t actually have more than 2 or 3….according to CCPs own stats.
