So the thread about todays log in problems was closed and we are sent to a thread about a DDOS attack that happened 3 days ago??? WTF is going on with CCP and customer service.

Also how do you know 08-01 Issues are related to 04-08 issues ???
So many threads about login issues floating around, it’s hard to keep straight where to complain
I confirm that I cannot connect again. I got server close dialog window and since then the connection to the login server is death.

They know exactly what they are doing
THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
THEY ARE COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT/ I.E. PUBLIC RELATIONS
THEY ARE NOT SUPPORT/SERVICE OR HERE TO HELP US PLAYERS.
THEY ARE HERE SPECIFICALLY TO FORM AND CONTROL PUBLIC PERCEPTION AND OPINION ABOUT CCP.
Now think about their actions in that aspect of their actual job titles/responsibility and it makes perfect sense the way they act

It looks like this unfortunatly, they don’t want to have a pattern on the forum like “xx/xx/2018 login issue” it would make them look worst than what they already are.
they send us to this thread, because they didn’t fix this problem yet.
Crearly we are collateral damage from the actions to resolve DDOS issues, they don’t know how to fix it properly, so every couple hours they change configurations or ipaddresses on login servers that make that part of users can’t see the login server at all or change range of ipaddresses that connection is being denied and mistaken by ddos attackers.
I suscribed to Omega at the beginning of this week, so this experience has been really dissapointing, 5 days with the subscripction and only been able to play for 3 days, 60% of the time. Just awful.

Locked out for the past few hours. Worked fine yesterday, not at all the day before. At least I can watch AT while waiting…
Whenever whatever issue plays up, the first sign I always get is the chat server disconnecting/reconnecting.
The issue with the login server seems to be with were you are trying to log in from. I have been getting this issue on and off today. However, if I use my VPN to log in from Iceland it works fine. I live in Oklahoma.
Cant log in for couple hrs…tried to remove account but now wont let me add it back to launcher.
“The connection has timed out” message when trying to report a bug…My internet connection is fine 
" Could not auto-refresh token,please try logging out and back into account" Does not help !
Today, I have had the same login issues as on 8/1/18. The launcher gives the error message “Could not auto-refresh token, please try logging out and back into the account.” If you do that it will give you another error message. The issue with the login server seems to be with were you are trying to log in from. I have been getting this issue on and off today. However, if I use my VPN to log in from Iceland it works fine. Did you run a traceroute with and without the VPN?
