Open letter to The Judge, lowly traitor and thief

It does seem like a really successful spy-- one who had achieved a position of real power and trust-- would be likely to be at least a little public.

That’s the point. A good one wouldn’t let on that he is, no matter what he is doing. Hell, you’re talking to me and I might be a Goon spy myself!

I wasn’t disagreeing, really, Ms. Nieyli.

Why dignify this with the appelation of “spy” or “infiltrator”? This was far less skillful and far more craven. Turning someone who are disgruntled or merely spineless and craven to begin with into a traitor is something else entirely than that. It doesn’t really matter what kind of organization you set up, someone in it is eventually going to both have power and a lack of loyalty or principles.

The Fucklechuck Coalition is crowing about objectives achieved, over something as simple as betrayal by someone who have neither integrity nor decency.

I can almost respect an infiltrator and saboteur. They go in with intent and firm principles, if not savory means. They have a job, an ugly job, to do and if they successfully do it I have to grudgingly respect their skill at their craft. If they’re really good, they’re never even pinned for it. I’d sneer at the dishonesty and probably wouldn’t cross the street to piss on them if they were on fire, since succumbing to such means largely indicates an utter lack of strength in any other category, but there’s skill involved nonetheless.

This craven pissant? He’s not even that. It’s almost difficult to avoid positions of power and opportunities for backstabbing if you have some quality as a capsuleer. Most organizations I’ve been in, I’ve been shoehorned into an officer’s position for the simple reason I can - and will - rant at length about things that need fixing. Right now, I have access to intel networks and corporate assets, in spite of my interview pretty much starting with me stating that my main objective in Coreli was to get as much bio-engineering data that I could possibly wrest from the Serps and use it for my own ends. I am the worst spy/infiltrator in New Eden this side of Chribba.

This wasn’t spycraft, hum-int or sabotage work. It was simply a craven coward seizing an opportunity he shouldn’t have had, and now embraced by those who are just as craven and deceitful.

That they wonder why their words are not trusted is another rather sadly hilarious topic of its own.

Mm. Okay, so, bad example.

I wasn’t calling him a spy, was just replying to someone’s misguided remark about how spying works. You go grrl.

Traitors are okay in my books. I mean what’s life without a little chaos to upset the status-quo, eh @The_Judge?

You’re a Guri deep down perhaps now is the time to embrace it.
