I have experienced random disconnects daily for over a month. My router has had a number of reboots in that time. I can quite assuredly tell you that my problem is not an issue with my internet connectivity.
I do need to post this, because in your OP you state
This is plainly not true. The game works fine for me across multiple accounts, and this is the first I’ve heard in ages of people having connection issues. The problem is plainly on your end of things, so we need to start by troubleshooting your connection specifically.
Refusing to provide logs also shows you don’t actually care to help them resolve the issue. How are they going to help you if all you do is cry “GAME NO WORK!!”? If all you want to do is complain that’s fine, but it won’t help you not get disconnected.
I believe it needs to be said that your specific experience doesn’t encapsulate everyone else’s experience. Just because YOU are not disconnecting does not mean that many others aren’t.
I have the issue from time to time as well and usually after they change something in the game.
Maybe we should help promote the players poor experience for review instead of telling everyone to suck it up and enjoy a sub-par experience. This way, maybe it can be resolved for the hundreds or more people that aren’t using their voice.
FCCP wont fix anything, that would require them working.
While I share the same frustration my hope is that if enough of us “chime in” and show that this is not merely an isolated issue only affecting a handful of users that might force them in to action.
Or, at the very least, acknowledge the issue and provide an ETR.
I lose connection on random chars at random times of the day as well. Just 2 days ago, I had a char running idle all afternoon in a station, while I was out in the sun, and when I came back it had disconnected. Another char didn’t.
Oh, and while we are talking about disconnects:
This crap is still plaguing the server.

I thought we fixed that last millenia.
The Server disconnect issue has been ongoing for a very long time… Every once in a while I’ll get disconnected… When it happens, it seems to do it a few times within a 10 to 20 minute time span, then everything is ok…
Usually after the 2nd disconnect, I’ll check my computer net connection, then make sure all Drivers are updated, then verify Eve Launcher files and after relogging, will clear all cache files in Esc menu just to make sure everything is good…
Course when it happens the first thing I think is Eve’s doing another series of Rolling Blackout’s again… Basically like what happens with the electrical grid during peak summer time use… 
The constant disconnect / reconnect issue with in-game chat channels is definitely a frustrating issue that’s also been happening for years now… The fact that CCP/FC hasn’t fixed that and basically keeps ignoring it portrays them as both unprofessional and incompetent…

I have had random disconnects as well. In my particular case, it always seems to be related to my launcher displaying that updates are being applied to the game.
Usually, one client will remain open, but any others I may have open, usually two or three, if I’m running more than one character, will disconnect. It’s rare that all open clients disconnect, but that has happened, too.
But, having written all that, as best as I can tell my disconnects only happen when the launcher reports software updates are occurring. So, if when I open the launcher, it reports updates are being applied or are in progress, I just wait for that to end.
could also yannow, be an issue between your PC and their server… which there are multitudes of pathways to get from A-B

I had just one d/c around the same time you did, this time it affected all 3 of my clients.
Have you tried restarting your router yet, or is that still beneath you?

My frequency of DCs peaked noticeably after the CoW release.
The weekly cadence of DCs appears to me to follow significant patches.
I live in US West TZ.
It would be less annoying if scanned signatures didn’t become unscanned on logout.
