Corp taxes on the bounty are probably what you are seeing in the difference. I believe the bounty points are typically awarded at pre-tax value.

I can have some fun in the sites if there is a Rattlesnake, VNI, or Gila or two etc - dealing with the boss.
I can kill some of the frigates okay, and have got a few decent drops, but have to keep warping out to rep.
Pity I won’t be getting the Accelerator, as the one I got last time was a great boost to my skill training.

Odd- so you are seeing a difference in what the HUD shows for the bounty and what is actually showing up in your wallet or being applied to The Agency tally?
The Agency took a few hours to show up for all of my toons. Not sure what the initial problem was but it seems to be there now.
Operation Magic School Bus uses fireworks, now and again, ifg you want to donate some just contract them to me.
