As much as I would like to tell you the source, I couldn’t possibly do that without risking my own integrity.
But If that’s really the case, and Entropy has taken a bribe to hand over Ane, he may be planning to use the funds to take it back at a later date. I’m not sure what his big picture plans are, but that would be a smart play.
However, you are the one who stands to lose the most assuming you are the owner of these stations. And for Entropy to not disclose this information to you would be a concern.
I hope that you will be leading the final defense fleet, or I would suspect we may be walking into a trap, or standing down all together.

I won’t say the name of my source, just like I would hope my name is kept secret as well. But to relay the information: someone suspects that whoever was manning the guns at the station last night was the one that also leaked the info simultaneously through a second live voice chat since the response was instantaneous.
This person also has reason to believe that said, ‘unnamed,’ person who was manning the guns at the new place would have tried to prevent interference or tactical response regardless of what the enemy fleet was actually composed of. And all the, “trash talking,” in local about ‘no content,’ was really just an act to cover-up the real plan.
For security reasons since I’m assuming, ‘The New Place,’ belongs to you: I would highly reccommend leading the final defense fleet of your structure based on your own intel, logic, and strategy. And perhaps nominating a different person to man the guns at the station just, ‘to simplify things.’ A trusted Aggro Bears member would be my first thought.
You’ve helped me the most out of anyone in Eve thus far so my loyalties stand with you and with Aggro Bears if there were to be a split in the alliance. But as it stands, based on the information presented to me, it would appear to be a, ‘stand down,’ until death scenario to secure Ane.
I’m arriving at all of these conclusions using the information from my source. It could be nonesense, it could be wrong, but logically, it makes sense. This, ‘unnamed,’ person has been sounding somewhat defeated in comms, and has said they may not be around for the next few days for these fights. Which is rather, ‘convenient,’ if you catch my drift.
I hope I’m wrong, but I actually do believe this could be the case based on the information given and how things have unravelled thus far.
There may have been a large payout of some sort to orchestrate this whole thing, again not saying any names, but that’s what was suggested. That perhaps this, ‘unnamed,’ station gunner was bribed a large sum of ISK to hand over some territory.
I stand with Aggro Bears regardless, and I hope we can defend The New Place soon and successfully. Cheers.
