I been having the same problem. I cant buy anything online. i cant a error pop up when trying to
redirect to ingenico for a payment. I tried everything new master/visa cards on different browsers. Nothing working. i got tickets open now or 5 days
Same thing, I paid for my accounts on the 16th of January and still game time isn’t added.
I have several tickets up, however, there seems to be no progress.
Would be good if any of the CCP staff can PM so we can resolve this.
I tried to purchase Starter Packs for all four of my accounts with a credit card that I used before. After two and half weeks, I was able to get starter packs for only two of my accounts. I get an error message that the bank cannot charge to my credit card and spits out a Failed Charge message.
