Haven’t had to petition something for several years, sent two petitions over the past several weeks(one is over two weeks ago now) and neither have been looked at, let alone responded to.
Is this the new normal turn-around time for ccp these days compared to 4-5 years ago? (genuine question)

From my own personal experience, CCP has fairly good response times, however sometimes it can also vary for a few reasons (ie. current load of support requests or certain support categories that require more time to investigate the issue).
I do recommend just a little more patience, but you can also reply to your petition to followup on it and let CCP know that you’re still waiting to resolve your petition and anything else that you can add to help further.
