I remember no such law coming in, if this man is guilty then let the evidence tell us but until evidence or a confession can be brought up I request this court suspended.

Pilots. Advisors. Capsuleers. Over the last 15 years, I have provided New Eden with
a viable. Alternative solution to hiring, and recruiting for corporations. A task that i am gifted with
from years of experience not only in New Eden, but outside as well.
As with any service, terms and conditions can vary from service to service.
My service does come with a moderate fee, but it invests the client into the service as well.
It was not without great thought that I had to change my business model after several
parties would withhold viable candidates for petty and unrecognizable conditions that I would
never be able to fulfill. Thus leading to extending contracts, and more and more of my time invested.
As such i have changed my business model to paying upfront.
I offered the clients listed in this court hearing plenty of past references, forum posts, and other alternatives to verify my trustworthiness as well as a short term contract based on a per pilot basis
to establish good faith.
The client refused all such offers, and accused me of being a man of ill refute. A scammer.
A degenerate. Thrust my name into the mud, and has caused my business to suffer as well.
All for trying to provide them with a reasonable service.
I wish nothing but luck for the client to fulfil his own corporations needs,
and hope that my good name would continue to provide New Eden with the
most viable and efficient recruitment strategies in the future.

You did not offer a short term contract based on a per pilot basis. If you had, I would have taken it. I asked for it, and you said no.
It’s hard to trust references as they can easily be your friends or alt characters. Perhaps you can share those references and forum posts here?
Can you show us wallet records of you receiving 2b up front payments from previous corps to demonstrate that is the norm?
I would not have considered you a scammer if the person who referred me to you did not steal my corp after I called the deal sus.
