Whoever put up that much isk over time could have paid a merc crew to war the merc crews they were in at the time really.

but if you have this ammount of bountys and you know you didnt participate in PvP then you want to have this bounty and want to see to rise it up

Bounties sucked and they never really worked as intended anyway.
I saw neg 10ās or tried to be come slum it in 0.0 for whatever reasons they had.
They hated having that bounty cleared in the blob fights that were gonna strip it out. Everyone gets called primary at some point.

Where as thousands or higher is a comma. $134,453.87
I think new players should have an invulnerability around them so they cannot die until they learn more then they could go to low sec and see how life works.
This has absolutely nothing to do with bountiesā¦
and in the time they have this invulnerability they cant earn isk and farm standings, skills running only 50% ( like as alhpa ) and their saftey is always on green ! and they are not able to leave the HS that nobody can abuse this ā ā ā ā ā ā ā ā idea to fleet up 500 of your Invulnerabiil chars to start a fight !
Thatās called a rookie system. Once they leave the rookie system and enter the rest of the game they āsee how life worksā
