would be nice if they could link projects and things members do for the corp linked to roles and titles and ranks so people can feel a bit more of an achievement,
so to expand on this as a new player joins a corp they see projects and jobs they complete them and it rewards with a point system to help push their involvement in the corp and helps them gain roles and bonuses and a in corp rank system.
which example if an indy pilot mines alot dose projects from resource collection and other indy things set by corp can help improve their status with default or corp set roles and ranks.
i can see the negative side of this but i can also as a ceo see how much pressure it can both put on to customise but also help reduce the amount of micro management of a corp overall
i may not of explained this well but hopefully people can see what i mean and maybe see how it could be more benefit than a negative
