My account has been active for several months (february). across several patches.

Does this mean my account is updated on Singularity?
Anyone know the date of the last dump for Singularity?

I tried using steam account, and it was able to log into Singularity and start a new character. None of my older accounts has access.

Have you recently changed your password on your non-Steam accounts? TQ and Sisi were last synchronized around March, so if you changed credentials after that, you need to use your old password to connect to Sisi.
