If that’s true, write a ticket to support explaining this in detail. They will be able to help you, unlike us. Maybe include a link to this thread, I think the exact step that goes wrong is explained well here.

I took care of it on my own I moved the plex to another account logged the account off logged back in moved the plex back to the original account and it finally gave me the blue buy option to use plex

Thanks gerard I did they sent it up the chain but I got it working

Nice, glad it worked.

Hopefully CCP can figure out what was wrong. It seems that the check for ‘account has required amount of plex to buy this’ wasn’t functioning well, and moving the plex around updated it.
