Do you have your old phone?
If so, use the Authy code from that to log into your Eve account through the web browse and somewhere in account management there’s an option to transfer 2FA. Then re-enrol on your new phone.
Failing that, raise a ticket with support. Be polite - remember you’re the one who forgot the password for Authy (the person on the other end is human!). I’ve not done a 2FA reset through them, but you’ll probably have to revalidate your e-mail.
Unless they’ve fixed it, there’s a subtle flaw in CCP’s 2FA implementation, but it’s very much better than nothing and not a significant flaw.
