POCO / customs office: tax rates

Hi there,

is there a way to read the tax rates for any given POCO (or given planet id) my corporation is not an owner of (like /corporations/{corporation_id}/customs_offices/ via ESI?

Not at the moment no. Feel free to create a feature request for it, but don’t count on it being implemented anytime soon.
