CCP claims to taken them down due to the resources/efficiency issues. Players claims they have been taken down due to the abuse be it potential for griefing new players receiving bilion isk bounties that will never go away or by killing self with alt/friend abusing the loss mail value calculation by some high tech market manipulation schenanigans.
