I proposed a Spanish forum category recently, ISD Dorrim Barstorlode (one of the ISD heads) said he’s looking into it (in the above thread).
I propose the following forum categories are introduced:
Spanish language + subcategories: given that it’s one of the most commonly spoken languages in the world (even moreso than French or German, which already have their own category), Spanish speaking players definitely deserve their own category. See this thread for comprehensive discussion.
Linux Issues: Even though it is no longer an officially supported platform, EVE has a strong and growing Linux community, and CCP is known to care…
We’ve also had a number of CSM candidates run on platforms heavily advocating improving localization of other languages as well as incorporating other languages into the EVE community (eg. forums)

A player came into rookie help and asked for help in Spanish. The ISD in the room yelled at me for replying to the player in Spanish and barked at me to not type Spanish in the rookie help channel. I checked and didn’t see a Spanish help channel. The player asked me if he was able to change settings to the Spanish language, which I did not see. Spanish is the second most spoken language in the world I think, I am surprised Eve Online doesn’t support this language, but why would I be told I …
