Maybe a list of ganker that people can set to red , new players may not know you can get this from zkill already and you only have to set your local gankers to red or ones that travel.
Then a guide is needed how not to be afk , watch local and use D-scan.
I think the tools we have for seeing these people are enough but it’s good your thinking about it.
In principle, you could make a web page that used the ESI to set all pilots on a list to red. You’d need someone to curate the list, or perhaps write some smart scraper to get a list of gankers from zKill, and then the player would log in to the page, and authorize the page to set all known gankers to red.
Personally, I don’t know why you would. Gankers are a lot of fun to be around. But it is possible to create such a tool, I believe.
