Okay, so because Dracvlad will just keep inventing stuff to try to maintain his false narrative, Iām going to quickly breakdown the timeline of the āchallengeā that was made.
I initially told him to put down a war HQ and attack me according to whatever methods he wants to employ. This wouldnāt be a duel like some people think, but a genuine hostile campaign in which he could āplay to his advantagesā and ācrush his enemy completely,ā as he keeps saying. His prize money for success in this campaign would be 10 billion ISK. That was before I joined RIOT. Then when he whined about that, I told him that:
- I would never go after his HQ.
- I would also use my own money to protect it if someone else did.
He wasnāt happy with this either, and tried to turn my challenge into his own challenge, which was for me to put down my own war HQ and attack him. I said āsure, okay,ā which was followed up with him:
- āThe only thing Iād have to do nowā is get him āinterested enough in meā to actually play the game.
- That he would ālose some ships to me on purpose to feed my egoā or whatever.
After I joined RIOT, he didnāt even need a war HQ. He can just ally in on any of our wars for free.
Anyway, I knew at that point that heād just weasel his way out of it in perpetuity, and more or less dropped it. However, I (and other people) still bring it up occasionally, because every time someone does, he goes on these massive rants trying to justify himself, and itās absolutely hilarious.
It takes a special kind of brain to make a person constantly belittle someone elseās skills and call them āweak,ā but then refuse to step up and actually fight them. Like, I wouldnāt be able to live with myself if I did that. But then again, Iām not Dracvlad!

Also I was amused by the fact that you talked about putting a war HQ down but you never actually did, because you insisted that it would get destroyed by someone who you refused to detail, instead you joined RIOT which then war decced us. And you sat in Amarr during that war dec, zzzzzzzz
I donāt think I have ever said you were unskilled, in fact you seem to be a pretty effective solo war deccer, I deemed your challenge weak and your inability to hunt outside of your comfort zone weak. But do go on.

Well if you lie and you donāt want to be caught lying, then you have to lie even more. This is known. 
LMAO it takes 24 hours for a corp to join an alliance, so much for that reply. The war dec was within the 24 hour period of joining RIOT, so it was entirely possible that this was your request.
As for saying that I challenged you to put a war HQ down, that was your response to me taking the mick and you never did. I said right from the start that it was a joke that a war deccer could not declare war, still is a joke. is tastyā¦ Do go on this is hilarious as always, a war deccer who cannot declare war, ROFL.
NB You discredit and belittle yourself. I said you were nothing special at Eve, I detailed someone who I deem as special or a very good PvP player, I said you appeared to be an effective solo war deccer. No lies there. You are so bad at this. ROFL
The problem is that heās just not very good at it. Even between recent posts, you can see how his narrative changes within minutes. Like for example heāll call me a bad PvPer in one post, and a few posts later will try to adopt a more āreconciliatoryā tone by praising me as an āeffective war-deccerā or whatever. When you have to keep track of so many lies, inconsistencies will form. This is how investigators try to get you during criminal investigations, by making you spin a very long story, and then lose track of your claims.
Hereās another thing he constantly brings up to either lie or belittle me about: that I never leave Amarr and only safely camp the station where the REAL warriors canāt harm me. But anyone can see with a cursory glance that Amarr accounts for maybe a quarter of my kills, with most of them being covert-cloaked ships like blockade runners that are only possible to catch at a station.
Heās desperate to establish any kind of narrative that would discredit me, but the only thing he ever accomplishes is discrediting himself, while everyone else is laughing at him. No one defends him. Even Githany is like āwe need his support, but weāre still going to keep our distance.ā

You know what is the biggest irony of all of this? That if he accepted that challenge and lost, (and his loss was by no means guaranteed, keep that in mind), he wouldāve received infinitely more respect from the community than he thinks he will receive by doing whatever it is that heās doing instead.

You are simultaneously criticizing Destiny for being unable to declare war, and at the same time complaining that Destiny declared war.
I believe Destiny is offering a duel, without other corporations involved, and thus far your cowardly response is that you are ābusyā mining in an Endurance.

Pretty easy to understand, he is nothing special at Eve, especially as he is not able to hunt outside of his comfort zone. He started to rant about me calling myself elite at Eve, which I have never done, I only call myself competent, and I reminded him what an elite player of Eve is by naming one. The incoherent ranting is by Destiny, for example trying to suggest that the war dec on my alliance was nothing to do with him, and he ignored the 24 hour application for corps in his reply which is typical Destiny.
Also look at the effort he put into defend his market hub camping, prior to me pointing that out almost all his kills were from Amarr, he only got a bit more adventurous after he joined RIOT and even then it took him a while to start moving that far from Amarr, long after our war dec had ended too. And he seems to avoid the big fleet fights his alliance does. A most recent example was against Eve uni.
I noted that he is effective however, I assess his killboard every so often, what is evident is that he has a decent understanding of what ships to use to kill the target ship, the Rattlesnake kill being one where he soloād it in a Bhal, but it does indicate that has to have good intel on the fit first as he seems to be very risk averse, I noted that all his roaming ship types are fast warping.
The majority opf Eve players that PvP are at that level, he is nothing special at Eve.
So what is incoherent about that?
