Arm Your Weapons - four monthly campaigns - one for each of the four militias - began for the first time on the 1st of December. tracking kills for each of the four faction militias, the following pilots came out on top for their factions:
Amarr: Vilksun Schlonge
Caldari: Rush Alderone
Gallente: Alexamder Kardieu
Minmatar: Forty Winks
We have modified this campaign to reward the top 3 killers for each faction for this campaign starting from January.
The December Pegeler Combat Derby began on the 2nd of December.
This campaign specifically recognised capsuleers with the killing blow in the lawless systems within the Pegeler constellation. The system of Aubenall has seen a high number of kills during this campaign, with members from Goonswarm and The Initiative being heavily involved. Sitting within a contested area, both Caldari and Gallente militia capsuleers have suffered losses during this campaign.
Space Patrol
On the 4th of December, we were made aware of piracy activities along the Jita traderoute following a broadcast by Githany Red of New Eden Police Force.
A Hole In The Market
On 28th December, DeT Resprox launched a campaign which appears to be a direct strike at the Amarr markets. Titled “A Hole In The Market”, the campaign itself specifically designates that all industrial and mining vessels in Amarr and it’s surrounding systems should be treated as a target. The campaign also states that individual ice systems are also to be considered as targets.
This has been regarded by many as a direct declaration of pirate activity through proxy against the Amarr Empire by DeT Resprox who appears to be acting alone in their actions.
However, it appears there may be more to this. Last month, we reported that Resprox had created multiple missions requesting the supply of minerals to be provided to an unknown third party for the production of a number of combat vessels in Rens. While we could gather no further information in our enquiries as to who this may be for, an individual named Jukenairos Kado came forward.
Jukeneiros had previously made a failed hack attempt on a campaign created by Resprox but had been observing activities in Rens throughout December. He tells us that on one occasion that he had seen Branka Adovic deliver minerals to Rens which was delivered to the cargo bay that Resprox has temporarily rented out as mentioned last month.
He then tells us that during a further observation on December 29th he followed two Fenrir class freighters heading from Rens towards the Amarr border which has been loaded from the same cargo bay in Rens. Both Branka Adovic and Det Rresprox have been unavailable for comment at this time.
Shifting Suns Industries supply agreement

Following talks over several days with Sasha Raine, CEO of Shifting Suns Industries [SSND], SSND will now be the supplier of fitted vessels claimed as rewards through our campaigns and missions.

Don’t know if this has been done but here’s a general idea for a ‘Search & Rescue’ Campaign. Maybe have one for solo and another one for Fleet. Basic mission premise is search, repair, resupply, protect and or escort back to home base. Some missions would also incorporate Covert Ops and use of Cynosural Jump Bridges.
Each mission objective would be centered on either a disabled ship, an Industrial Convoy or an Outpost. Have missions start by receiving a Distress Call while docked in station, various mission locations would be in W-hole systems and or in enemy controlled K-space systems.

New Mission Type Implemented
Following user feedback, a new mission type has been implemented and is available to create in the missions listings section (Agency > Missions in the menu). This mission type is simply called CREATE OWN DESIGN MISSION.
This mission type is designed to let your creative imagination run wild where you can create a mission for anything you want.
Objectives should be put into the description itself and the rewards may be an ISK reward or an item reward or both.
Here a some examples of what you may wish to use this mission type for:
The possibilities are endless.
However, we absolutely recommend using the Supply mission types for supply missions as these are coded to calculate items and amounts. Assassination mission types should be used as intended for assassinations - these will check if the kill is made and should be used for that purpose.

At the end of the three rounds, each point will reward the capsuleer with 100 million isk.

Our frigate fights are funded by evepandora and each competitor will be required to send their ship and fit for each round - competitors cannot use the same exact ship and fit in more than one round. Implants are not provided and must be purchased by the competitor. Should any capsuleer be podded - the aggressor will be removed from the competition and will not qualify for any reward.
Spacelane Patrol
Spacelane Patrol This campaign relaunched on the 27th of January, focused on engaging pirates along the Jita tradelanes. We can confirm that this campaign will run every two weeks for four weeks.
At the time of this release, Abraxcis Caine was the only cpasuleer to make a claim in the top 3. Multiple reward claims were alos made outside of the top 3 with a 500,000 isk reward per pirate kill.
Missions in Rens. Missions in Frarn.
Our contacts in Rens report that multiple mineral orders placed by DeT Ressprox continue to be delivered to the Brutor tribe station in the system. DeT Ressprox continues to be unavailable for comment at this time despite several attempts to gain an insight into what these missions are for. We can confirm that Hydro Inkwees was monitored by our contacts as delivering several batches of these minerals, though it is unknown if there is a deeper connection at work.
Hydro had also delivered a total of twenty Broadcast Nodes to Frarn. These were procured by Komi Valentine of Valentine Drone design. Is it a coincidence that these were also to be delivered to the station in Frarn, owned by the Brutor Tribe? and why did the mission state an urgency to the need of this delivery?
And why were janitors required by Komi Valentine at the Brutor Tribe station in Frarn? Was the mission description of requiring specialists for a cleaning job some sort of cover?

Part 1 of our Nova website expansion has been released. Explainer videos will be coming to our two new sections accessible from the home page which are as follows:
This section gives you updates on your current PANDORA status, your corporation and alliance latest news reports, AAR reports and Historical entries - all of which are created in the CONTENT MANAGEMENT section (see below). Member statistics will also be found here where you will be able to see member standings towards and against these entities.
In the INFORMATION PORTAL you will also find all the latest for your own faction if you are enrolled in faction warfare. The ALL PANDORA ENTITIES section will give you access to the latest news reports, AAR reports and Historical entries for every single corporation in PANDORA.
Alerts for claims you have waiting for you on campaign will also be found in this section.
This section gives you full content management for you, your corporation and your alliance.
Here you can create news reports, AAR reports and Historical entries for your corporation or alliance. The creation of campaigns and missions have been moved from the campaigns and missions listings pages into this new area, giving you much quicker and easier-to-find access. Full explainer videos will be added to the campaign and mission creation sections in the coming days.
Part 2 of the Nova website expansion is now in development. You will have noticed from the navigation menu that FACTION WARFARE has been moved from the WARFARE sub-menu into a menu listing of it’s own. The actual Faction Warfare page itself is being completely revamped and is 50% completed.
Our discord bot is fully scraping all AAR reports up to 1 month old and is automatically set to add these against their respective corporation and alliance entities in PANDORA - much as though they were being added as AAR Reports for those corporations/alliances. Full statistics for individuals, corporations and alliances are being released.
Our evepandora bot has been posting fw system changes in several DISCORD server channels for some time now - this will also be updated here as well as more detailed sections on our FW campaigns.
There is a lot more to come in the FACTION WARFARE section - full details will be released as this section is redone.
As with all site upgrade releases, we expect some bugs. If you have any issues to report please let us know in the website-issues channel in our evepandora discord.

The Nova upgrade has been ongoing in development the past few weeks, the first part of which can be read above.
Part 2 of Nova has now been released and comprises of a full Faction Warfare section overhaul as follows:

Full live stats of all system for all factions.
Full daily/weekly kill/victory point stats for all factions, top corporations, top capsuleers and individual alliances (in development).
SYSTEM STATUS TRACKING AND ALERTS
Powered by the evepandora bot - full live tracking of every system, charting changes over the past 3 hours.
In FW DISCORD servers, the evepandora bot is now alerting if a system goes above 80%. It will continue to report if this contested state is increasing.
NEWS AND REPORTS
In Part 1 of the Nova release, we introduced the new Content Creation panel on the homepage, allowing all alliance/corporation admins to create News, After Action Reports and Historical Entries for their corporation/alliance.
This area will pick up News and After Action Report entries created by corporations/alliances in Faction Warfare.
The evepandora bot is now scraping After Action Reports from DISCORD channels to automatically add these to the website for past AAR’s for corporations/alliances by who posted in DISCORD (magic happening).
CAMPAIGNS
This area shows campaigns for Faction Warfare only.
From this weekend, if a system hits 90% contested, evepandora will automatically create FINAL ASSAULT and LAST STAND campaigns in the contested system for both attacking and defending factions. These will end on dropping to 80% or being captured.
Some styling and speed-up is yet to be added for this new section.

ESSENCE PATROL
In the early days of March, Gerard Vineyard of Aideron Robotics continued to devise his plans against the Caldari militia and other disrupting factors with a campaign titled Essence Patrol.
This campaign used a points based system with 1 point for offensive strikes against Caldari held systems and 1.5 strikes for defending in Gallente held systems. The campaign description is as follows:
“We have seen an increase of non-combatant occupation of complexes across the region. The goal of this campaign is to hit these non-combatants - (and combatants as well, we don’t discriminate) - in the wallet and make them reconsider their chosen profession of squatting in complexes where they don’t belong.”
Reward claims were made on this campaign by the following:

The new Notifications Panel gives the users immediate access to campaigns and missions they are currently involved in and campaigns that have ended which have rewards for them to claim.
Pandora statistics and standings for the user, their corporation and their alliance can also be found in this section as well as News reports, After Action Reports and Historical entries by their corporation and alliance administrators.
News, After Action Reports and Historical entries for all Pandora entries can also be found in the global section of this area.
This Panel will soon be moved to its own section.

Alexander Kardieu and Rush Alderone face off in a 1v1 3 round frigate duel this coming Saturday 23rd April YC 124 at 9pm in the Arm Your Weapons: Triple Crown.
Both of these competitors have placed #1 in three consecutive Arm Your Weapons campaigns for their factions during January, February and March and in doing so will fight to claim a bonus reward. A winning round is worth 5 points and second place is worth 3 points with a reward of 100m isk per point. A maximum 1.5b isk reward and a minimum 900m isk reward is possible.
A 1-day campaign titled Triple Crown: Killing Spree will become active on the Saturday at 00:00 and will run until midnight for all 4 factions where kills against Caldari or Gallente faction capsuleers will add a further % top-up to the reward for these two champions.
All of those fighting for the Gallente and Minmatar militias are encouraged to engage capsuleers of the Caldari militia.
All those fighting for the Caldari and Amarr militias re encouraged to engage capsuleers of the Gallente militia.
We are also issuing a 500,000 isk reward to all capsuleers involved for each involved kill to a maximum of 100m isk in accumulated isk per capsuleer. Additional rewards will be given to the top 3 fighting against the Caldari militia and the top 3 fighting for against the Gallente.
The additional bonus will be decided upon the kill/losses difference for both the Caldari and Gallente factions at midnight.
For example: 500 losses for the caldari to gallente and minmatar capsuleers and 500 losses for the gallente to caldari and amarr capsuleers is a 50/50 split which will top up the final triple crown reward for each pilot by 50% each.
All reward claims are issued once the 7 day claim deadline ends which is after the campaign end date. All standings gains and losses for kills are also applied at this time. Kills are calculated every 3 hours. Starter ship kills do not count.

We bring you breaking news from within the past 24 hours.
A refinery belonging to Valentine Drone Design of DammFam has been reinforced in the Frarn system in the region of Heimatar.
A pirate coalition of R I O T and Pain and Compliance hit the refinery in the later hours. This follows what appears to be an organised attack on DammFam mining operations during wartime.
Ushra’Khan has joined the war on the side of their close allies DammFam.
Komi Valentine, CEO of Valentine Drone Design, tells us that diplomacy was attempted with these pirates with the offer of shares in the refinery itself - the refinery being crowdfunded - however, there has been no response from either pirate outfit.
In the hours before the refinery came out of reinforced, Komi Valentine issued the following statement:
"There is nothing so desperately monotonous as space, and i no longer wonder at the cruelty of capsuleer pirates.
They are walking all over civilians to fulfil their greedy ambitions, but we have allies and this refinery will be like a wall - they will not step over.
I assure everyone there is no need for dismay. It is my personal responsibility that the residents of this beautiful station will not lose their homes."
This is the second attack on the DammFam refinery in as many days. In the evening of the 24th of April, Ushra’Khan and DammFam coalition members had expected heavy combat in the area - fully expecting a final attack on the refinery.
The second defence took place at the 11th hour on the 25th of April. Our camera team caught footage of multiple Praxis class battleships belonging to Pain and Compliance landing on the refinery. Appearing in jubilant mood, they put on a display of fireworks as cruise missiles rained down upon the refinery.
A second Praxis class battleship belonging to R I O T landed on the refinery shortly after. It was at this point a Tornado class battleship fleet commanded by Tankbuster arrived. The DammFam Tornado fleet made multiple long range strike attempts against the Praxis fleets. However, they proved hard to break and a change of tactics was called by the DammFam fleet commander as they came under fire.
An Oneiros class Logistics vessel piloted by Kabuoto of R I O T was engaged at range whilst in close proximity of the station. In a matter of seconds, the Oneiros was destroyed, as a Tornado piloted by Ralt Gaithar of Dammfam succumbed to the overwhelming strengths of the Praxis fleets.
With the combined Pain and Compliance and R I O T Praxis fleets maintaining an unbreakable chain of defence, it was not long before the refinery lost its armour. It now sits in its final stage of reinforcement. DammFam fully expect the pirate coalition to make an assault this coming Saturday the 30th of April at 4pm.
We will be broadcasting live on the scene as the action unfolds. Komi Valentine has declared a state of emergency:
"We will start the evacuation of the civilian population immediately. Shuttles will be provided to fly people and goods to the Brutor station.
We ask capsuleer pilots in the vicinity to help complete the transport orders - they will be available as public orders and through the Pandora agency.
Hopelessness is already the anticipated defeat. Therefore, let us hope."
We have approached both R I O T and Pain and Compliance, but, as yet, have had no response.

Introducing the CHAMPIONS expansion.

We have now released Part 1 of the new CHAMPIONS expansion for evepandora.com.
CHAMPIONS are selected individuals on campaigns who others fly with to get kills alongside them. These may be Fleet Commanders or other notable individuals.
Kills and losses all count for CHAMPIONS with statistics registered against each of their involved campaigns as their fleet members kill their enemies and take losses.
Monthly rewards are also issued to the top CHAMPION during each monthly period.
More features will be added to the CHAMPIONS expansion in the coming days which will be announced on the dev news page.
Our DISCORD channels will announce the creation and ending of these campaigns and any rewards pledged by agents adding themselves as brokers to these campaigns.

These campaigns are auto generated when an FW systems hits 90% contested.
By default, no rewards and no agents are assigned. However, those with the required setup can add themselves as an agent / broker and assign isk rewards per kill. Up to 3 agents can add themselves and agent rewards pledged will add to the overall total isk rewarded per kill to those involved.
These campaigns will end with rewards to claim if the system drops to 80% contested (defensive campaign) or is flipped (offensive campaign) and at least one agent / broker is assigned with rewards to claim.
These campaign will remove themselves if they end with no agent / broker assigned.
These campaigns will remove themselves if there is no outcome by the end date and time.
Our DISCORD channels will announce the creation and ending of these campaigns and any rewards pledged by agents adding themselves as brokers to these campaigns.
