Pro-Triglavians should not be able to enter Edencom Fortress systems

its hard for pvp people to engage in the content because its based on standing and killing NPCs …

Your Trig standings aren’t high enough for you to attack us

:frowning: but… but… i want to attack you…

Find a wh, drop in and stay awhile. You can dock in the stations if you like (unless you pve’d on the edencomm side.

I agree with the majority of other posters in this thread, CCP definitely screwed the pooch on this…

Only way players with no trig stands can enter T-Space is by wormholes or using filaments (5 or 15 ship ones)

Anyone can fly down the conduits, but standings required to fly up the chain.

So Edencom forces can attack in T-Space, but they have to be organized and be prepared to land on a random t-space system like trig aligned players.

“EDENCOM doesn’t PVP”

(meanwhile mommy Zorya grants kybernauts 27 systems to freely carebear in)

EDENCOM literally fought against any change, to preserve the current status. So, that’s what EDENCOM players get. No new content, no new additions…no change for you. Just as you wanted.

except for 27 systems that are permanently taken out of K-space and making traveling a mess for anyone with some standing vs Trigs or Edencom. Planning a route and checking it on the map requires selecting multiple radio buttons (a color code like for Incursions was too difficult apparently) in sequence, to make sure you don’t miss anything. I guess “planning a route from A to B” is now considered the height of EvE gaming experience.

And for what exactly ?! There wasn’t enough place on their servers to create 27 new abyssal systems so they had to hijack existing ones ?!

You can avoid the EDENCOM victories if you go to t-space and kill drifters. Aren’t you glad that after all those months of invasions, CCP will finally let you join the side they wanted you to join in the first place?

gradually starting to understand what other posters mean with “themepark instead of sandbox”

I don’t know if you play WoW, but it’s kind of like how in the last expansion, you had the “option” if you were on the Horde to support Sylvanas instead of joining the rest of the Horde that were rebelling against her. Of course it doesn’t really matter, because Sylvanas ends up leaving anyways and you’re just lumped in with the rest of the Horde as if nothing happened. In that case though, it’s actually a better option because Sylvanas supporters aren’t hindered because of the choices they made, all they did was just not pick the “canon” option.

Well, at least I got a piece of recycled armor to show for my EC grinding and EDI fleet participation. In times of shortages that’s kind of a big deal, right ? :stuck_out_tongue:

At this point it feels more like a suit to broadcast to the entire world that CCP thinks you’re a chump for not picking their approved faction.

I would suggest doing for a mo like blackout just to shake the tree and watch the nuts fall. :smirk:

yet pilots like my self who are -10.0 to sansha and bloods can dock at their stations… double standards much?

I wouldn’t mind the whole system if it was eventually applied universally. I think it’d require reworks of how things like mission work (which honestly would be fine since missions are the oldest content in the game at this point).

Something like… if you have -5.0 or below with a faction you cannot dock in any station belonging to that faction, although there would be alternate methods for being able to repair your standings if you really wished it. -3.0 to -5.0 would deny access to any station of that faction without level 1 agents, and for the ones with level 1 agents, they would be the only thing in the station you could use. There should also be better rewards for having high standings with a faction too to balance that out, though I can’t think of any off the top of my head.

The gate locks are unbelievably stupid though. CCP needs to get rid of that first and foremost if they don’t want Pochven to be carebear-land with a red tint.

So does this mean that High Sec gankers can wait at the entry point into the Trig system to gank the returning Edencom Fleets?
