Good time of day.
I start the game and the video card loads up to 98% and the temperature rises to 80-90 degrees Celsius. Cyberpunk works quietly at 60 degrees.
What is the problem?
RX6700XT graphics card
Ryzen 7 5800X processor
32GB of memory
Resolution 1600x900
Buddy of mine resolved a framerate issue by disabling FSR in graphics, maybe that would help here?
EVE is poorly optimized.

How many FPS does this Setup generate? Did you limit them?
I have an older RX5700XT, Ryzen5 5600X, 32GB RAM and run up to 3 Clients in 2560x1440. FPS limited to 120 in the AMD drivers, no temperature issues.
