How can I get my characters profile picture to show up? It appears to only be a Greyed out silhouette (at least to me)
My understanding of the way portraits get updated is that it is a batch process. So when you create or update a portrait your “job” gets added to a queue. You will see the change ingame immediately but anyone else, either ingame or on the forum, won’t get to see the new portrait until the batch job runs.
Due to this it’s also not possible to say when exactly your new portrait will show up, it depends on how many other people are doing the same. In practice it varies and can be a few hours. So give it a little while - if you can see the “correct” portrait ingame you are fine. Just be patient.
