I mean, does it ever occur to you that your proposed Eve will simply make life riskier for the ‘risk averse’ when they do go to lowsec ? And if they are never going to go to lowsec…what are they even playing Eve for ? Teletubbie Mineville in safe space while they watch Netflix ? THAT is what you want this once glorious game to descend to ?
The only danger Eve faces is if CCP ever listen to the likes of you who would genuinely destroy the game.

Rattati was pretty clear that “ganking is not griefing”.
He said “Highsec is not a new player area”, “gankers are safe”, and “extensive analysis” led him to conclude that the ganking community is not engaged in griefing. CCP is concerned about griefing, but gankers are not targeting “new players in new player ships with zero cargo for no tangible benefit”, and “griefing is not ganking”.
Lucas is free to make things up and say whatever he wants - I’m going to keep doing what I’m doing, and he can waste his time crying about it on the forums.

Are you claiming to know what Rattati means ? Rookie griefing has its own page on the support website in case you didn’t know, my dear fellow. Griefing is defined in the EULA via description of certain types of unwanted behavior.
If you think that the EULA needs adjusting to fit the left hand side of the slide, tell us, oh Truly Great One, why it hasn’t been done in over four months now ? It’s not like it needs programming. It’s just typing words, swift action is possible if needed. Perhaps the kind of griefing that you are looking for is just not there, lol. Perhaps the good folks at ccp know about alpha characters and how they can be used by make-belief newbies. Because this is what’s going to happen: every case, as there is subscription money involved, will have to be reviewed thoroughly, each time.

Rattati (and CCP) have been crystal clear that “griefing” refers to attacking new players (under 30 days old) who are engaged in the “new player experience” tutorial within designated “new player systems”. No matter how much Lucas cries and makes things up, CCP is not going to stop gankers from shooting Ventures in Isanamo.
Isanamo is not a new player system, and that’s a verifiable fact.
I have contacted CCP and told them what I’m doing, how I’m doing it, where I’m doing it, and who I’m doing it to. They have repeatedly confirmed that I am not in violation of the EULA, and Lucas Kell does not represent their views on the matter.

The only thing ISK really exists for is making combat ships. Oh hell…you’ve just removed combat from highsec. That means those ISK are only relevant in lowsec and null…which your ‘risk averse’ carebears are now too scared to go to…especially as Aiko and crew would be gate camping every gate to lowsec in revenge !

Well that’s odd…as you go on as if every noob in every system in Eve is ganked 10 times a day by Safety. Now by your own admission…ganking is just a small local issue. So there’s no need to alter the entire game because of it.
