Where on earth did you get the idea that people who invest ISK in an item to make more ISK later must be RMTing their ISK? I personally don’t see why CCP should discontinue skin lines since there’s probably very low marginal cost to keeping them up, but I suppose FOMO is part of how they get you to buy.
