"Quantum Flux Generator" SOV Upgrade do not work

Hi, is it possible, that this SOV upgrade do not work? We have installed it up to level 5 and there still no wormhole spawning in that system… Do someone have expirience with it?

It does not work either at all or the way it is supposed to. Some say that it does not work at all, other people say that it works constellation or region wide. The same goes for the upgrades that attract relic, data and combat signatures. They all don’t work or not as expected.

feels like an other garbage provided by the developers. no description nothing and a broken useless module

The upgrade increases the chance of wormholes spawning.

It does not guarantee wormholes will spawn.
