Question about the HP Omen 40L

Will this run EVE on high settings, looks like it’s no problem but I’m computer illiterate.

Yes, multiple clients on high settings (just make sure to turn vsync on to not max out your card on useless frames).

Although I’d get 32GB of RAM. Not necessarily for EVE, just in general.

Nice stats! I also have an HP omen that is quite close. That will run 99% of games. Is it a new PC?

It will be, been on the fence to buy one but it seems my older PC which has served me well is soon to be completely obsolete and turned into a raid at some point.
