Well, that rules out Gez Z then who need a safe space with political correctness in local and trigger warnings before undocking, getting ganked and podded.

We are in crysis. It is caused by miners. Its only people like miners wanting to drive away the burn of shame from themselves. We as a community together with CCP need to stop this madness. Only by killing mining we can achieve peace and balance in high sec, so people will be wanting to come to EVE.

Mining leads to Boredom, that’s the real crysis.
Trying to shift the blame, desperately I see. Miners did nothing wrong.
And boredom is making people seek fun in EVE. All those miners if left alone would eventually go and kick ass in low and null, they would be so bored. They would become respecterd PvPers.
But because of people like gankers they are being oppressed, not reaching their true potential. Could be that it can take few years even, but they can reach that level. You only have to give them time to get bored.

They need a true charismatic leader to see them through the pitfals of asteroid belts in hisec.
I mined for 40mins in 0.4 yesterday. I got bored within the first 5 minutes and almost wished someone came to blow up my Venture but I stuck with it cause I wanted to use a blueprint and needed Nocxium. I won’t be doing that every day.
How long do you think it takes some people to be completely bored out their mind mining in hisec? I bet some players been doing it for 20 years.

I do believe the prosecutor claimed that I “inflicted undue and unnecessary emotional trauma upon plaintiff.”
There was also something in there about my lack of managing the plaintiff emotions, as well. I needed to do a better job making sure he felt happy, or whatever.

The whole point of being able to play the game however a Capsuleer wants is the reason to feel that way when someone takes something away from them.
Either through roleplay or non roleplay. Everyone has a right to feel comfortable on how they express their emotions!
Sure, people can express their emotions any way they want (so long as it’s healthy and within the law)
But, uh, it’s not my job to manage your emotions for you. Or anyone for that matter.
Those that lack self control cry that it’s other peoples responsibility to make them feel whatever it is in the moment. They blame them for “making” them feel bad and blame them when they aren’t affirming them and “making” them feel good.
It’s a sad, powerless, and victimized way of living life.
And that same mentality is mirrored here.
Da ebil gankers made me feel bad! It’s their fault that I’m melting down over a fictional loss in a video game! They must be educated! It’s their job to make sure that I always feel happy and good! Reee reee reee!

Of course I have. Battle venture fleet full of former miners yesterday went and kicked asses of some null people. I was one of them and you can see that on my killboard. 
Of course. Its nothing easier than browsing zkill for high sec, watching mining ships statistics. Evidence is everywhere, just the people supporting gankers, and gankers themselves are blind to that evidence. They want the conscience to be silenced anyway, like they try to silence me in this thread by forum flagging.
So you are griefing miners when they don’t even have CONCORD protection??
But did you ask for their consent first?
The difference from High is Null are rules and people inhabiting it. Its perfectly fine to attack anyone in null, and everyone is capable to form to fight back and control the null space. CONCORD is not needed there.
Everything about high sec is different, and CONCORD is there to enforce the rules that CCP put to avert the fast and complete desintegration of playerbase and eventual death of the game. At least they were capable of that. But ganker problem persisted, and its time to choose the final solution to that problem.

Dishonorable. They’re just trying to build a peaceful player-created society, and you interloper tried to kick it over.
Peaceful null is an oxymoron.
Peaceful high sec is how it should be.
Dishonorable are the acts of gankers, and nobody should have any questions about it, its so obvious. They have done countless crimes, they are called criminals, and its all over the place. CCP should do more to get rid of gankers.

If high sec is „supposed“ to be peaceful why did CCP code crime mechanics in the first place and keep it for 20+ years? The facts don’t align with your feelings.
