But weāve seen that she actually has a total disdain for CONCORD. Itās the fear of retribution from CONCORD that keeps her from bathing herself in the blood of miners (which she admitted, she loves doing) and inflicting emotional turmoil and trauma upon those folks.
So she goes to null sec where she knows there wonāt be any police oversight or protection and goes after even easier more defenseless miners, just to get jollies in hurting people.
And she has the nerve to say that illegal actions are legal in null sec by the virtue of there being a lack of police.

That is just pure and quite demonstrable nonsense. Actual criminals and suspects can be attacked in any highsec system regardless of the security status of the system. Thusā¦the ONLY reason for having highsec security from 1.0 to 0.5ā¦with differing Concord response timesā¦is if Concord actually have something to respond to. There is no other reason for a 1.0 system being 6 seconds response time and a 0.5 system being 19 seconds or so.
Thus the system is clearly designed with highsec attacks in mind.

No it isnātā¦you just made that up. Heckā¦Concord even allow me an extra 13 seconds or so to attack someone in 0.5 space compared with 1.0. Thatās very kind of them.
And most laughable of allā¦your suspects and criminals have broken the ārulesā in the first place, so the rules have to be broken in order for me to be able to attack them at all. If nobody ever broke any rulesā¦thereād be no suspects and criminals to attack !
No, didnt made up anything, simply the presence of CONCORD means that rules were broken, and person must be punished with destruction of ship and sec status drop. CONCORD doesnt allow you to attack anyone, it is simply programmed with delay expressing the system security status.
CONCORD eventually does what it is supposed to do anyway.

That is what criminal would say āthe rules are there to be brokenā. And then he would be punished for breaking them. Thats life.
But life can be better.
Nothing prohibits developer to even make a 1.1 system, where no red safety could be engaged, but CONCORD would not be needed there. Petty thiefs would run around, but those can be dealt with by capsuleers themselves.

I dont know, maybe you will not have to wait untill I get there. Its pretty possible it will happen with current team. 
I mean, if I see people not playing the game say they will gank me if they see me, just reading my posts, that is already pretty pathetic playerbase response to the game offer. It would mean I am the best content there is left in the game.
