The answer is actually yes weirdly. It is hard to generate on/off toggles for everything.

Balos may not have been caught up in the ban, but reading between the lines of the reddit thread about how many were at least one other person who has problems with meaningful input appears to have been; and I’m not talking about @Nicolai_Serkanner

Yep.
Each thing which is optional causes at least double the testing for it. And complicated the code.
Going on past experience the results of said testing, if done by the end user, will be ignored like they usually are.
The red dot was a silly idea and not needed! you could of used what was already in the game like the Notification Feed.
