Hi. I have received 15 min. red exclamation mark when, while in Low Sec, I was locked by another (red) player. I did not lock him back and managed to escape through the star gate. My ship even wasn’t fitted with any guns. Can I avoid this? After that I traveled through several star gates even in Hi Sec and the Concord didn’t do anything. Am I really safe from them in such situation?
