Those BPCs were T1; perhaps those who needed them already had the originals. I believe that the T2 BPCs would be much more popular than the T1 versions, because many people like to use T2 modules.

BPCs offer new Capsuleers a path to skill towards, I really miss seeing them on the daily login.

And for the rest of us - the overwhelming vast majority - they are nothing but space trash.
