Hello, It would make no different on were you got the skills. You can’t see all regions for sale. So the price would not change other then the effect you can inject them. You would still have to find them in different regions or on contracts to buy them. So you don’t like the price of the skills keep on looking… enjoy

It wouldn’t surprise me if the plex vault had some basis in the gambling troubles of the whole industry. Since plex is basically same as cash the last thing CCP needs is for some lawmaker’s child to charge up and then lose a few hundreds of dollars or euros to a gank.
It’s not. And even if it was, losing it to a gank isn’t gambling.
make it a skill like remote buy/sell orders, a skill for injecting skills
