NO, when I say 0.0 I am talking about standing’s not security of system, taking a char in anything below .5 is expert level stuff.

Triglavian systems are similar to wormholes with additional NPC stations and stargates.

If you focus on one or the other, yes, one side goes up, the other will go down (as in all standings mechanisms). It’s possible to balance them - unless you used to be a trig hunter like me and have -4 standing with them, lol, in which case you simply dodge them.
How to balance the standings is explained in the EvE Uni wiki link. In your case I would assume that all it takes is a single trip to pochven (via filament), destroy some rogue drones, and return to hisec. Doing it that way will affect both standings positively !
If your character is not skilled into pewpew at all, you can still dodge triglavians by using your directional scan - which all characters can do (it’s not “probing”).
If you have to haul stuff regularly through systems that are within 3 jumps of a former k-space system that is now part of Pochven, you have advance warning too: those are the ones with possible pochven wh connections and thus triglavians. And of course, there’s always the use of cloak/mwd, or simply a blockade runner.

rogue drone sites raise both edencom and triglavian standing’s.
“focusing on” means killing trigs or edencom in e.g. hisec. I know very well that killing rogues in pochven affects both positively …

Your eve-u link says that it is not possible to get positive standing for both sides in HS.
Also dscan is no solution, what do I need HS for, if I can’t even fill up a Planet with a hauler without the risk of getting ganked?
