I want to do mission in high sec in some form of a carrier plz , my skills , my sub , my carrier and my fun thats i am waiting for like almost 18 years …
Go to this page, go to the list for the ship size you’re interested in, and sort by the damage tab.

Carrier for a high sec mission? Why do you want that? It’s overkill. Marauders are overkill for HS missions, and you want to run them in a carrier? You sure it’s not a titan you need for that content?

Not sure what you would be able to do with a carrier in high sec, because of the tight rules:

A dreadnaught can still mine in high sec (waves at Chribba), but a carrier not so much and will be only for showing off.
He wants these rules gone, obviously.

no other dread can be in hisec.. and that was when the caps were accidentally released in hi… chribba and the space pope were the only ones able to keep them in high… though i don’t think space pope plays anymore.

Indeed capital ships cannot be brought into high sec anymore. However I was referring to the rules for capitals --already-- in high sec. I was basically saying that even if the OP had a carrier in high sec it would be essentially not be able to do anything due to the strict rules. He wouldn’t be able to do missions with it.
And yes there are carriers in high sec. As @Uriel_the_Flame shows with the screenshot 
I don’t know the total number, as I have only seen 1 carrier hanging around a station in high sec on two occasions. I have heard there are more than 2 dreads in high sec from others people, but I have personally only seen the one from Chribba.
that pic was also 9 years ago too.
So i thought it was max singularity that owned a dread but it was a FAX that max aka space pope owns.. i guess chribba also has more than one cap in hisec.
so that could have been max’s fax spotted at jita 9 years ago.

Unfortunately didn’t take a screenshot with overlay on so don’t know who piloted it.
Very hard to work out who has caps ships in high sec, because most people don’t seem to undock with them much anymore. And as you said some of those players might have stopped playing the game (or taken a long extended break).
The particular carrier I saw was less than a year ago. The pilot was sitting outside the station, and chatted with surprised players as they docked/undocked. Sadly I don’t have the logs anymore, so I can’t tell you their name.
