Today’s server restart ran into some issues delaying our standard 15 minute downtime. The server is expected to be up by 11:30 UTC, but we will update this thread if there are any delays or further updates.

People of that kind are usally called self-centered and there are multiple psychological essays about that special kind of condition. I guess one us polititian on the top has this too… 
How about opening your own server and doing it better instead of complaining?
