Irrelevant… Compensation is due for the lack of collective running services… the no warranties doesn’t disclaim lack of server service… Especially in london companies have been taken to court and lost in the fact that they tried to use no warranties in EULA to make up for server downtime outside of their scheduled downtime. TL:DR London doesnt care about EULA when people pay a sub and company doesnt offer even the slightest compensation
