We received reports that some eligible players (see news item for eligibility criteria) were unable to see their gift in the New Eden Store (NES). The issue was identified and should now be resolved.
All eligible players should be able to claim their ‘Yoiul Festival Celebration Crate’ via the New Eden Store.
My company member has encountered a bug that allows him to receive this gift package infinitely on his new Eden Mall. Please help to resolve this issue
Received my welcome email which suggests that ; “your gift is waiting for you in the NES addressed to Pilot
Would be okay for perhaps more than one of the Pilots under the same email be able to receive such gift please?
That email addressed to Pilot had caused a ruckus within the ranks of our Frostpacker and friends who are now fighting with each other on who is Pilot.
So could more than one Pilot log in and claim this gift?
Pilot is a generic term for Capsuleer… There are up to 3 ‘Pilots’ per account… There is one gift in the NES per account… Any Pilot on the account can redeem the gift from the NES… The gift goes into the ‘Redeem’ queue and can be applied to any Pilot on the account…
