Hello there,

Started playing in 2006, been good, been bad, been indifferent. Been in high-sec, low-sec and null-sec. Killed things and been killed, but generally killed things.

I can fly lots of things including caps and am widely skilled, although largely pvp centered, I can build and invent things and like exploration…

I haven’t played seriously in a long time, a really long time and I’m not looking for EvE to become a second job again. I’m older (48) and have a job, children and three dogs. I’ll be on, just not every day and I’ll use a mic, just not every time I’m on. I’m sociable however when I am on and I’ll help out as and when I can with whatever.

I’m self-sufficient in terms of making my own entertainment and am worth around 40-50bil I guess. Not a lot, but enough for me; don’t need handouts.

Old friends have offered spots but they are doing important stuff in 0.0 or to do with 0.0 and it will likely involve timers, scheduled ops and EvE becoming a 2nd job again.

I’m looking for something ‘nice’. Mature, casual and relaxed, somewhere where I can help out, and shake the rust off (there’s lots of rust). A new corp or alliance maybe, hi-sec or low-sec, not bothered about WH space.

Corps with older folks would work.

Corps with some kind of plan, a goal.

And corps who know about T3 destroyers and this precursor stuff.

Some play allot, some play less… with us you have the possibility to take a position as a civilian or as a specialist. This means you have less responsibility but can enjoy the advantages of the corp when you have the time.

Fed up with large blobs, blue donuts/balls, and New Eden politics? Don’t wanna spend an hour forming for a mandatory CTA that turns out to be another structure timer? Looking for dank frags instead of dank ticks?

Mea Culpa. is a fairly young EUTZ lowsec corp formed by a few buddies who enjoy killmails and relaxed comms. We’re small gangers with absolutely no intentions of growing into a big blob or building an empire. We have a couple friends but zero blues and we’ll keep it that way.

We’re located at the edge of the southern warzone very close to Geminate, so content is at our doorstep (everybody says that but for us it’s actually true). We fly everything from T1 frigates over T2 battleships to caps. While our killboard looks usually pretty ok, we don’t really care about ISK efficiency or other metrics of eliteness. So if you want to roam your 4b Marauder, that’s more than fine. If you can and want to fly blops that’s also very welcome, especially if can contribute a hunter, too.

What can we offer?

  1. Explosions.
  2. A group that you can call friends and that’s small enough to recognize people on comms by voice.
  3. More explosions.
  4. Citadels with clone bays.
  5. Some moons for ISK printing.
  6. Access to a L5 agent and guidance how to utilize that for more ISK printing.

What should you bring?

  1. A good and somewhat mature attitude. This is by far the most important. Eve is a game and should be fun.
  2. A strong desire to blow up (player-owned and operated) stuff. This is not a PVE corp.
  3. Ability to create your own content. We’re a small group and can’t provide free killmails around the clock.
  4. A good level of skill points. No hard requirement, but we sometimes like to fly fancy stuff.
  5. A second account with useful toons (dread, scout, covert cyno) is not required but a big plus.

Hey, welcome back! I did the same thing, returning after a long hiatus and then feeling like a born-again newbie. Trust me, the rust falls off quick.

If you’re interested in the null sec life, but want a mature and understanding group of players, rather than youngsters who can play 24-7 because they have no jobs and spend their days raging at everyone to make every fleet… we might be able to help.

We’re a small, close-knit group of older players - I think every one of us has kids - but we’re part of a huge null sec coalition. The kicker is that our alliance measures things like fleet participation on a per-corp basis, not a per-member basis, and our corp generally finishes each month with ten times as many mandatory fleets as we need. So there’s no problem and no pressure to constantly participate. You do it on your own schedule, just like the rest of us.

And man can we provide a lot of content.
