If you insist it is a bug, and anyone that says otherwise you shut down, why post here at all? just submit a bug report and you will get your answer from CCP direct.

Calling it a bug is giving the benefit of the doubt; the other explanation is worse.
No one is getting shut down. Evidence or official statements of documented changes are being requested.

thats not a bug, its a feature, read the patch notes for march 20, there was something mentioned with the datastuff you find in abyssal deadspace.
In the background you see the Triglavian Dread under construction, that will be available to players in the May release(it is most likely the ship announced in the balance Dev Blog)
I read it differently, either way log it to CCP and they will tell you if it is a bug or a feature… or a feature with a bug.
Thats the great thing about lore events, they dont need to be.
