I really want that explanation as well, this is a subject I know very little about other than watching a friend spend a bunch of time making a shield module that is apparently insanely great.
Also… Can this be done to our clones? Like can we use this to screw with implants?

No, we can’t modify implants. You can find a list of all mutaplasmids here (minus the new drone ones). CCP also teased ship mutaplasmids a few years back at a live event, but we haven’t heard anything since then. Maybe they decided against it. Dunno.
