Rolling Medium Sized Holes

I did a little research into rolling holes, read a bit online, watched a bit of youtube…

I obviously didn’t do enough because when i brought my Praxis back from Amarr it wouldn’t fit through the hole.

What ship and fit do i need to be able to roll medium sized wormholes?

Any ships that have mass under 20000 tons.
Rolling those are a pain though, requires dozens of passes.
