Running for CSM next year:

Again, selective quoting, he specifically asked for a YES or NO answer.

This is a real quote, not selective.
I dont see any specific request for yes or no there.
Just if I have a passport, or not.

It’s right above the question you continually quote.

poor Brisc, everytime he gets pinged it’s because Salvos is apparently unable to understand or answer a simple question in the format specified.

You should learn to read then, it’s as clear as the nose on your face that he specifically asked for a yes or no answer in the original post that you’re selectively quoting.

For clarity this is the relevant part of the post you’re misrepresenting via selective quoting; I have emphasised the bit you keep omitting.

I answered the below issued simple question in the format specified:

I do have a passport.

The fact that you’re not on the CSM is proof that it does work.

The funny thing is that regardless of anyone’s stance on the CSM in general or any issue in particular, I’ve never seen a CSM member more engaged on the forums in discussing as broad a field of topics as @Brisc_Rubal. Every other CSM member in the history of the group has focused on broad CSM stuff or on their particular wheelhouse in particular. Brisc is the first I’ve seen make an effort on the official forums to actually understand issues. You, on the other hand, are a tool who literally REFUSES to understand, or at least acknowledge, the statements other people are making. CCP should reject your candidacy outright… and I even suspect you may already be disqualified according to the official rules.

No you did not. The format specified was either YES or NO.

It turns out that being out-pedanting* a pedant is quite satisfying.

*Yeah it’s not a word, but it fits.

This makes no sense.
Ive never run before through to nomination as CSM.
Nor does the CSM decide who votes for whom.

And I’m fairly certain you won’t be running this next time either.

Its going to happen.

Something is, it’s unlikely to be what you think though.

No. You’re attempting to run. But your name isn’t on the ballot. You don’t get to decide whether it ever will be. I’m 90% confident it won’t. I’d be more confident if I cba’d to look up the actual rules for disqualification.

Then why are you and your ilk trolling this thread this hard that its past 1,140 posts?

Are you afraid?

You’re just as much a part of the 1140 posts. It takes two to tango.

I’m somewhat obligated to answer.

So are we. There was a point in which it could have stopped, but you had to end a post with a jab. It’s like you can’t simply have the last post, you have to make a statement that provokes a response. I think it’s the intention of this thread, so far from the election. You like the negative attention and of course, the post count.

maybe answer briscs question then

Afraid isn’t the right word. Some of us experience more emotions and motivations than anger and fear. Some of them are even delightful. You should try some of them out.

Really, what I’m hoping is that CCP will look at this thread, and if there isn’t already a rule disqualifying you from candidacy, that they’ll invent one special just for you. Whatever rule it is can only increase the quality of the candidates afterwards.
