Running for CSM next year:

Indifference; as I stated in the quote that you edited* I don’t care either way as long as they perform, IMHO, in a satisfactory manner.

*I thought you said this was against the rules, do they not apply to you too?

I as a voter will decide that…by not voting for you.

Thats your prerogative.

My view does not agree with yours.

Your choice.

Not in any credible way, as has already been demonstrated. You chose to completely ignore that point, even while responding to the existence of that post.

It will have more impact than you realize or admit.

Hence the resistance here against it, by those whom do want that additional threshold added against the creeping corruption and political influence on CSM by ingame political entities.

Precisely the point.

because they are fed up with being trolled and misrepresented.

Citation needed, voter apathy is common IRL too, for many different reasons.

They do not believe in the CSM system as it stands, anymore, to represent them.
I will give them a CSM platform to vote for, to have a voice to that end.

How do you know this? After all, they’re silent. Unless of course you’re Professor X in drag and misusing Cerebro for your own personal gain.

HA… HAH… HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA….! Have you ever considered a career as a comedian?

Good luck with that one. As far as I’m aware of, it’s been since CSM X that people have been complaining about this issue (possibly even earlier than that), and until this day, CCP still has not bulged on this issue.
It’s also one of the reasons why it’s generally so difficult to judge who’s a good CSM member or not. It’s like they can all claim how instrumental they were in pushing through a certain change because CCP slaps NDA’s on almost everything. I’ve heard more that one CSM member claim they helped work on certain issues yet it took CCP so long to code them into the game, by the time they were finished with it, it looked to everyone like it was the next CSM who actually managed to push the change trough.

You edited out the rest, as to why they are currently silent.

Voter apathy is substantially due to a sense of not being represented in the current system, or PARTY candidates.

I aim to change both.

Does it matter?

I dont have to prove a constituency to run for CSM.

No, you don’t have to prove a constituency, but you will need them to actually get elected. So far, no one has come to support you even though this thread has been high in the section for almost a week.

Brisc and I have as much as agreed we both would work on relaxing NDA.
Thats two CSM candidates atleast.

Thats my challenge to make happen, not yours.

You’ve said you dont think CSM should be changed.
I am not the candidate for you.

I never said it was my challenge.

Yes, you most certainly did.

I never said it was your challenge.
I said it was NOT your challenge.
I said it was mine.

Nope, you even addressed my response to the exact quoted text that you claim I omitted.

Voter apathy is substantially due to a sense of not being represented in the current system, or PARTY candidates.

I aim to change both.

I would wish you well with that, but I can’t in all honesty do it.

Does it matter?

I dont have to prove a constituency to run for CSM.

You’re claiming to have one though.

What % of the EVE playerbase do you think are dissatisfied with the CSM Program?

I said nothing about impact. I said your insistence that it can be instituted is demonstrably false. It cannot be instated in any meaningful way. I have already demonstrated this. You have failed to respond to or refute that demonstration.

That demonstration is not ‘resistance’, it is simply pointing out that you are wrong, and that you do not have credible ideas. As I’ve said: I want you to run competently, and right now, you are not.

What percentage of the Eve playerbase do you think even cares about the CSM, or knows what it does, or that it exists for that matter?

It can be instituted.
Whether it will, or not, is up to CCP.
