It seems to me more you’re doing what most of you capsuleers do, looking for any excuse to murder eachother, especially if you see them doing somethin’ you don’t want.
Let me quote to you from my initial communication to you on this:
“While killing neutral freeports that give advantage to hostiles is par course in the Militia wars and I do not consider it piracy as such (not under all circumstances anyway), in this case…”
I’m not talking to you, I was talking to the idiots who seem to believe it’s perfectly fine to house civilians next to military supplies and personnel.
I will state again, my doors are open for all and always has been. I just don’t want you or your fanatical Sarum friends on my station, as the chances of further unrest among the refugees that have been either hurt or displaced by the fighting would increase. This place is a place for recovery and shelter from the war raging on the surface, what would you think would happen if the people they are fleeing suddenly came and hounded them in the place that was promised to be safe.
The darkness of your ignorance consumes entire stars.
As you so adequately put, Minmatar forces are not in need of material aid. I have no outrage for you, merely a question.
Is the provision of aid to those you state not to require it sufficient reason to legitimise as a target the refuge you purport to be doing such good?
If not, restrict capsuleer access save those involved directly in your efforts, else continue; and should it the tides of war shift such that staging of Minmatar forces on board becomes relevant, the structure will in all probability be targeted, irrespective of whatever naïve promises you made.
So in the latest news, Sarumites are justifying slaughtering humanitarian aid stations because they don’t like good will not extended by gunpoint and slave collars. I guess the only true light comes from splitting atoms…
Firstly, for my part not a Sarumite. Secondly no justification is necessary, it’s a heavily armed structure in a warzone.
I actually don’t paint you with that brush, surprising I know. And ya of course it’s heavily armed, look who’s threatening it.
I think you’re missing a distinction here; we don’t need a justification. What I was offering to Ms Blackfire was the option of denying us a reason to.
Because though attacking needs no justification, a structure not hosting hostile warships is one we have no reason to trouble ourselves with.
Hosting armed warships was a requirement due to the nature of the people who are deemed too militant to dock there. Maybe if they weren’t too busy posturing for a position they married into they wouldn’t be blinded by this and would see the forest through the trees.
I have an idea.
Rent hanger space in one of the many stations in system and host your “aid” from there.
You know. Like a smart person.
Which would disallow Amarr from docking…
Slavers have no voice when it come to humanitarian issues, renounce all forms of slavery you ****'s then you may ask some questions of people like Maria Blackfire.
Isn’t that the ■■■■■■■ point?
I don’t believe so, no. Just those who actively threaten the humanitarian efforts, which isn’t Amarr as a whole.
It is perhaps worth noting, that non combatants are able to access existing stations irrespective of system occupancy. And that the only practical reasons for the existence of that structure are contingency for revocation of military access to the corporate stations.
Which could also stage from a station more safely than a citadel.
If people won’t see reason and still attack the humanitarian center there are contingency plans in place, as we speak another center outside the contested zone is being made ready should evacuation be needed. But for now, being place in Floseswin is the best option as moving wounded refugee off-planet as four jumps isn’t an ideal option. But I hope it doesn’t come to that.
Unto then my ports will stay open for the next 48 hours as stated above, after that, I will have to reevaluate the situation. As the safety of my crew, as well as the lives I have taken on board my station, is of utmost importance.
“You’re taking sides against us for blowing up your last civilian station.”…
I mean, Trigger Happy isn’t a milita alliance. Kendarr wouldn’t do that. Neither would Mark, who’s taken charge, I hear.
Edit for clarity: I don’t mean ‘they wouldn’t blow it up’. They absolutely would. But they’d be honest about ‘we blew it up because we could’, and they wouldn’t go whinging about not being allowed to dock in someone’s station after blowing up the previous one.
