Sounds quite a bit of overestimation. 
How absurd would it be if every miner were to remove their permit from their bio?
It’s not being enforced so why bother putting one on there in the first place?
Ok this is one of the few active interesting threads left so I’m trying to be interested but I’m not quite sure what we are doing. I know it’s some continuing version of Ice’s weirdness with Aiko, but what’s the flavor of weirdness today?
He saw a miner without a permit and they didn’t get ganked so now he’s in charge of Safety? Or he’s running a fleet and is ganking? Or isn’t? But still wants to send her a billion isk, but also take her job? Please explain like I’m 5 so I know who to rant at too. I’m bored.

Maybe Iceacid’s the Palpatine of EVE Online (no not the Keepstar 
) so maybe he was playing 7D chess all along (which includes him being Jar Jar, but only in appearance but in reality the Sith Overlord that is even behind the aforementioned Palpatine, an act to disguise his true nature and power, like the Mule in Foundation, acting all strange and weird but in reality in control since the beginning 
) thus maybe in the end it is Aiko who is played and Iceacid is the puppet master behind him (“her”) despite the harmless silly looks of his actions.

Have been trying to ween my puppy @Iceacid_Frostpacker off his Aiko addiction for a while. But ,nomatter how hard I try, he keeps running back to her and feeding his Aiko addiction with every isk he has, instead of sending it where it rightly belongs - me!!!
@Iceacid_Frostpacker is currentluy in one of his withdrawal phases where he denies that she is his princess, which will shortly be followed by alot of feet kissing and ISK transfers. This really puzzles me as I have nicer feet.
We all try to tell him to seek help.
