Long Overdue - Shared Hanger Revisit

The hanger system in eve hasnt seen much change since the beginning of the game. I propose with the most recent expansion moving toward enabling corps and alliances more to create content that we also revisit the hanger system. Add new facility : Standup Hanger Rental I Add new feature allowing structures to rent shared hanger space from the owning body. Hangers would vary in size and cost based on the structure settings.
