I just had this massive brainwave, not sure why. GM Vision was so impressed that I was directed to this forum.
Two seconds after this feature goes live, some idiot will repackage their skinned ship, lose the skin, then be here on the forums whining about it.

Nope, it will be a cheap skin…but fare enough…skin can be provided with a non-assembled ship in cargo (like rigs in cargo)
No need to state the obvious as I already did that myself (between the lines)

I can care less about what forum trolls like you thinks. I am talking about CCP.
That the forum is full of angry incels and trolls who automatically shuts down any idea is completely different thing.

Now that the compulsive whiner is gone, we can get back to the topic. That took less time than usual. Easiest way to deal with trolls is to troll them first. It makes them irrationally angry and they leave.

No one is going to see it anyway. You’re all going to be zoomed out to tactical view in a big fight. So, what’s the point? To all die wearing the same skin?

As far as I’m aware, there’s absolutely nothing keeping you from adding a skin from the old system into the cargo of a ship contract. The caveat being you have to buy all the copies of the skin to distribute them.
No, the troll was right about the fact that CCP don’t read these forums. We have a CSM for that, but most of them don’t read the forums either.
Basically, everyone that plays this game has their own opinion of how this game should be run, and no two opinions match. For that reason, I think it’s better CCP doesn’t read the idiocy that gets posted here. This game has drifted far from its original tone over the years through implementation of ideas that actually did make it to the Devs. If they listened to the whiners here, this game would have lost its niche long ago, and keeping its niche is the only thing that keeps it open.
YOu can say what you want, but I just reached trust level 1 on this forum … if that doesn’t mean anything…

What do people expect, this is the official EVE-O forums, the devs barely ever read or post here, they are much more active on r/Eve.
