I’m truly getting to the end of my wisdom…maybe it is the language barrier or something…
You specifically asked me about why i am not against the other shenanigans happening in EVE…like botting and stuff…and i answered you that i am equally against them…what is wrong about that? Maybe that i answer you if you ask something is the problem?
Is it my failure that i didn’t mention it with every post here that i am as well against botting because that is not my main issue with Exordium, but rule interpretation? The topics of bot is years old, discussed and still valid for Exordium as well..nothing new to be discussed for me.
Unclear rules about what is allowed in what quantity and for whom (all aside botting which is not allowed) is the interesting thing about Exordium for me.
Thing is, it’s up to CCP on a case by case basis. A player isn’t going to accidentally do something to get themselves banned, you need to be intentional about it to have them take action. It’s intentionally vague so that players aren’t purposefully trying to skirt the rules.

Yeah…let’s see how it will be handled and what happens. The next half year or so will be interesting.
Thats not what Barney has been saying hes going to do. He has stated in more than one post thats hes going to report any player that fires off a laser at 31 days old. Hes obsessed with this.
He can act all carefree and calm all he wants…but inside hes built up a load of determination to catch somebody doing it. Its all he can think about. 4 days hes went on about this repeating the same statements over and over. Hes got to be exhausted by now.

Can new characters leave Exordium early and still complete the AIR Career Program by working with career agents outside of Exordium?

Im not sure if they can use the outside career agents or not, but yes they can leave early and return to do the agents or finish AIR (i think on the air one)
The current career agents are being left in for those who started before exordium even those who join a day before. Where as after exordium (i assume this part) they can only use the ones in exordium

You do know the various report procedures in the client and elsewhere, right? Bots, ISK spammer, RMT, exploits, EULA violations?
CCP will look at it and decide, as always. What is wrong with it?
But how will you know what to report? Rules are unclear, right?
Does it matter? Bots are reported on the same basis. From observation anything can be deemed as bot. CCP will look into it and decide.
Sometimes they also clarify the rules based on their findings and the reports.
If the EULA is adapted as Fozzy tells…like no farming for 30+ days old characters, then a report is valid for me. They then have the option of doing nothing, clarifiying the EULA about what is allowed and what not or even banhammering…just as they please…it is their game.

I’m not sure if it matters. With most games/services falsely reporting someone is considered to be a report system abuse or spam and often leads to “disciplinary action” agains the reporter. Sadly, I don’t know how this works here with CCP. Maybe here you can report whomever whenever and that’s ok. CCP has time to rifle trough the piles of possibly false reports. idk

Wow, CCP really pushing the ‘Play Free’ hype..
New players join thinking they can play the complete game for free… Then they find out numerous items, gameplay options and character advancement is blocked behind a paywall..
That type of advertising is the problem..
I doubt they’ll say anything to those just doing missions. You can’t deplete a mission giver like you can a 'roid field or anomalies.
When i saw his question, i honestly had to wonder a second about it. Youre probably right about that.
I dont think they would say anything about missioning either. But, the progression of sec standing and isk earnings would be so painfully slow that one would want to leave almost immediately after performing what ever tutorials theyll be.
A new player wouldnt know this so i would hope they would would ask questions and be told to leave as soon as possible to increase those gains. But watch out now, youre now open to other players interactions. That will be their retention decider.

We mad bc we can’t club newbies? I think that gets more new people to quit than a new player starting area that keeps the Jackals at bay. I bet your killmails are full of clubbed Ventures that stood no chance.
